Important Notes:
1. All asterisked dates are approximate and subject to change (see below for details).
2. If no action is taken on a player once his 2-week preliminary bidding period ends (no bids during the
24-Hour Auctioneer period, no contract length posted (default 1 year), no counter-offers made), then
the earliest time he may be signed is on the date his Counter-offer period ends, at the time of day he was
originally nominated.

**if it starts late, it ends late; if the winning bidder posts a contract offer, it ends early
***ends 24 hours after the winning bidder offers a contract
